Refund Policy

Your permanent makeup appointment date and time is reserved for you to ensure personalized service. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit is applied to your services and the remaining balance will be due at the time of your appointment.

The results of any service, including but not limited to permanent makeup, cannot be guaranteed. As such, whether or not a client is satisfied with the outcome, there will be no refunds.
